WOMEN’S PROGRAMS
We offer courses to empower, build confidence, as well as to provide both personal safety and situational awareness. From our introductory basic self-defense classes to our Kicks & Cocktails: In-Home Safety Party, no matter what we have you covered.
GIRLS’ (4+) PROGRAMS
“Though she be but little, she is fierce.”
This motto resonates with our girls’ programs for ages 4 and up. We have 12-week Fierce Girls program to patch earning courses for girls scouts. In addition, we do after school enrichment programs.
CORPORATE PROGRAMS
From Punchin’ Luncheon: Corporate Lunch & Learn covering workplace violence prevention, active shooter training, sexual harassment prevention to health fairs; Divas In Defense can customize an on-site one, two or four hour program to accommodate your concerns.

Divas In Defense® was started by two brothers who witnessed domestic violence first hand. They are now fathers with daughters and significant others in which they’ve pledged to prevent the violence, which was witnessed by them, against as many women and girls as possible.

It is our mission to empower women of all ages with the training and tools imperative to their personal safety and the safety of their families. Through fun, instinctive learning; women gain the knowledge to protect and arm themselves while gaining confidence to be Fierce & Fabulous!

From the athlete to the not-so-active, the businesswoman to the student, and the shy to the confident; our courses educate, promote awareness, build self-esteem and give females the physical and mental tools needed to detect, avoid and escape potentially violent situations. As a Divas in Defense® Certified Instructor, you will train women and/or girls with life-saving tools needed to protect themselves.
A turnkey business model to attract clients and effectively run the Divas In Defense® program in your area. The program is simple to learn and to teach; it comes to you with the assumption that you have no prior self-defense training and walks you through everything you need to know, step-by-step.
